Our NFTs often come with the added benefit of being backed by physical assets. This means that you can redeem your NFT for the corresponding physical item, providing added security and transparency in the ownership process.
Which blockchain does Cryptrovia use?
We currently operate on Ethereum.
What marketplaces will my NFT work with?
Your Cryptrovia NFTs can be traded on any NFT compatible marketplace, including the Cryptrovia Marketplace and OpenSea.
Are these assets redeemable?
All asset-backed NFTs issued by Cryptrovia.com are redeemable at anytime using the Redeem page.
Do I need to pay fees when redeeming the NFT?
Users who wish to redeem their NFT to receive the physical asset will have to pay a shipping fee and customs fees or sales taxes depending on their place of residence.
Can I get both my IRL asset and the NFT?
No. As long as a user keeps the NFT, Cryptrovia will maintain custody of the physical asset. If a user decides to receive the physical asset, we will burn the corresponding NFT.
Should a user want to re-create an NFT for an asset that has already been redeemed in the past, we would create a brand new NFT that is not associated with the original.
Does Cryptrovia redeem and ship products internationally?
At the moment Cryptrovia does not allow users outside the United States to redeem for physical merchandise, nor does it ship product outside the United States.
How does shipping work?
We partner with USPS and FedEx to ensure your order is delivered safely and securely. After you complete your purchase you can redeem your NFT for the underlying asset but following the steps shown on the Redeem page. You will be prompted to select the Cryptrovia NFTs you wish to redeem and will enter your shipping details and pay for shipping. After we will ship your item hassle-free. All Cryptrovia products come with tracking to help provide you peace of mind while your order is in transit.
Who pays for shipping?
When an asset-backed Cryptrovia NFT is redeemed the owner will be prompted to pay for shipping and handling.
What are the fees?
Fees are calculated as follows:
-0% on all products sold by Cryptrovia, 10% commission on the sold price of an item when it sells (all other sellers)
-4% royalties on secondary sales of Cryptrovia products
Is it safe?
Yes! Cryptrovia has a dedicated support team to help you with any issues you have using the website or with your orders. What’s your tax policy?
All buyers and vendors are responsible for filing and submitting any applicable taxes on their own. We currently do not provide support in this area.
What happens if the product I'm redeeming is unavailable?
In the unlikely event that the underlying product you're trying to redeem is unavailable or we are out of stock, we offer alternative solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
Can I get a different item if my chosen product is out of stock?
Yes! If the product you wish to redeem is unavailable, you may have the option to select an alternative item of similar value. We strive to offer alternatives that closely match or exceed the value and quality of the original item you selected.
I prefer a refund instead of an alternative product. Is that possible?
Absolutely! If the original product you're redeeming is unavailable and you do not wish to select an alternative item, you can opt for a full refund. You will be prompted to burn the NFT on our website before a refund is issued.
How long does it take to process a refund?
Once you've opted for a refund, the process is initiated immediately. Typically, refunds are processed within 1 business day.
Can I choose to wait for the original product to be back in stock?
Depending on the product, there may be an option to wait until it's back in stock. Please contact our customer service team with your request, and they will provide more specific information based on the product's availability.
What if the alternative product's value is higher than the original one?
If you choose an alternative product of higher value, you might be required to pay the difference. Our customer service team will guide you through the process if this situation arises.
